Who’s Eligible?:

If your commercial building has an average annual energy usage of less than 200 kW, you’re in. From lighting retrofits (interior and exterior) to HVAC system upgrades, including boilers, chillers, and heat pumps, plus lighting sensors and programmable thermostats.

Direct Install programs are also available for multifamily properties of 3 or more dwellings, upgrading common area lighting and HVAC. This includes existing residential-type properties, garden-style apartment complexes, and multi-story buildings.
